Hi Paul

 It looks like I'll be sending my modem in for repair on Friday and
while it is there they will upgrade it to V.34. I'm hoping this will
fix the constant pausing and slow speeds while connected to you. I
don't know how long they will take but it could be up to a week, so
I won't be calling for a while. I hope thats okay with you.
