it was in the message... now, i haven't seen one of those messages (yet) but 
i know that that part is in it somewhere... i gotta wonder if its written 
like the RA docs

well, i understand about the sdl's and all for oz... and i agree with you 
about there should be more than just the one but we are not privy to the 
information that usr and your telco are... not a whole lot i can do to help 
either... but it does matter...
