Hello
After much time I managed to fix the program. It apears as though ANSi.sys 
was not loaded at startup. I think that this program needed it to run. I 
simply added the line device=C:\ansi.sys saved it as a text file and 
rebooted. Voila! It worked. I think that as a default with computers ANSi.sys 
should be loaded it would save a lot of headaches. We'll anyway the problem 
is fixed.
