Hi!
   What do you do when your birth mother was adopted and when she went to the 
state of Wisconsin to find her birth mother, and her birth mother wants 
nothing to do with her and you would like to find out if she would like 
anything to do with you. The state of Wisconsin will have nothing to do with 
me because they say that I am not next of kin and my birth mother has given 
up. You see they told her like every five years they you are allowed to 
request a reunion with her but only if she agrees, well it has been five 
years and this would be the third time. I was thinking about telling them 
that I was my birth mother and trying, I would like to let her know that she 
does have two great-grandchildren. Can anyone give me some suggestions 
ease?
