DAPIE is a user-defined dictionary that is useful only in conjunction with
the SMART toolkit, which is on DevCon.  The DAPIE beta dictionary is freely
redistributable, and IBM has it posted on the Internet.  It is also
available by FReq (1:323/107) or download (+1 401 944 8498) from me:

IBM is probably sending out a newer version by now, but I haven't checked.
