New Zealand was the first country in the world to give women a vote. Since
then women have entered parliament but their numbers are still a way off
being 50% of the house. This is the classic demonstration of the
"rule" that you can lead a horse to water but you can't force it
to drink.

Your statistic demonstrates nothing other than a desire by Swedish women to
enter their parliament.

To be deprived of something you have to WANT it first...
