Well then, there's definately something that HCI and all the other idiots 
never mention when they say "x amount of members never vote".  I guess 
there is a trial period to weed out the morons.  Not an altogether bad 
Idea.  Of course if HCI did that, they'd probably have a total eligable 
voting population of 6.  (6= VI)
