Bobski neglected to answer your question.  Hardegree was given a suspension
in DEBATE and continued to post in violation of that suspension for at least a
couple of weeks, and argued with the moderator about the suspension in the echo
rather than in netmail.  Richardson was permanently banned from the same echo
and continued to post in it and argue with the moderator for a couple of months
after the fact, obviously in violation of the ban.  Witt is currently in a brouhaha
with the moderator in POL_INC, is ignoring his suspension from that echo and
has basically told the moderator there to get bent.

Going back a couple of years, someone - I think it was Hardegree but am not
sure - was banned from POL_INC and refused to stop posting in the echo.  After
Dale Ross refused to cut his access to the echo you cut Dale's system - and all
the systems Dale fed at the time (like mine, at the time 379/103) - off from it.
