Ignored. Relevant parts of the interrupt list retained:
 BB>         AL = 01h thru FEh for specific country with code <255
 BB>         AL = FFh for specific country with code >= 255
 BB>            BX = 16-bit country code (see #0713)
Note: not tested! Please report whether it works ... may be useful!
