I think you're talking about the Omni?  The Elite offers several features 
that the Omni does not including printing of faxes direct from its parallel 
port without involving the computer.  I don't think that the Omni is ISDN 
upgradeable like the Elite is, and also if I'm not mistaken the Elite can 
work through either a serial port or a parallel port unlike its less 
expensive cousin.  There are other differences aside from appearance that 
don't come to mind right now, you might want to check their web page at 
http://www.zyxel.com.  It is also my understanding that the flash ROM on the 
Elite is bigger than the Omni so there may be (unspecified TBD) features 
added to the Elite that will not be possible in the Omni.
