-> full bath part I am particularly happy with as I am tired of HAVING to

-> showers when what I REALLY want is a BUBBLE BATH!

-> have to do yardwork!  Oh, yeah, the trees there are HUGE!  Both houses are

Sounds like a nice place.  Is it really a 1/2 acre?  Is that enough for all

your horses?  Around her they will only allow 1 on a 3 acre parcel and 1 more
for each acre you have.
