On reading some scanner manuals I came across things that I don't understand.
Can someone please explain the following to me.
In the aircraft bands there is mention of DME, MARS, VOLMET and some others.
In other bands I have noticed mentions of SPOT FREQUENCYS and GUARD BANDS,
FIXED TIME SIGNALS, etc
Caan someone shed some light on all this with an explanation and maybe some
examples.
