Well, someone innocent may get hit, God knows it's not the power's that
be. This place sounds something like one of Saddam's palaces. We have a
problem with those moronic aberrants here too. Recently our
state emergency response system folks woke up and realized their
multi-milion dollar disaster facility was more prone to flooding than
98% of our state. The solution of course is to build another, even more
grand facility elsewhere, without going after the developer's who sold
it to them in the first place! Instead they will pass on the costs to
the federal government AKA " US". Of course most people with common
sense would never have considered putting their emergency facility in a
large depression adjacent to a major river basin, we only wonder who
got paid and how much..
