Sorry, but I can find no consideration for "bias" in P4.

So you eliminate all "apparent bias", all "apparent
inactivity", withut a single reference to any of this in P4, and stil
expect a result to be considered "fair"? Now you are really
dreaming up reasons Bjorn...
