Hello,

I'm thinking of purchasing C-Set++ 2.1 starter kit.
I would like some comment on this package, is it a worth while program for
someone starting into OS/2 development.  
I have a very small budget. I can not afford to buy Watcom C++ 10.5 or
VisualAge C++ 3.0 yet.
