Meg, you wouldn't believe her.  She had the surgery on the 30th of Jan.
SHe came home 4 days later on the 3rd of Feb.  She lives alone in a 2 story
house that only has a bathroom on the 2nd floor.  SHe isn't having any 
problems
with the stairs.  Yesterday, 10 days after the operation we took her for a 
ride
in the car (it was a nice sunny day for a change).  On the way back we were
going to stop and get some milk and bread etc for her.  When we pulled into 
the
grocery store parking lot she says: "I think I could go in with you and maybe
pick up a couple of other things too".  She walked the whole store with us 
nd
bought $50 worth of groceries.  We did take her home after that and had her 
lay
down for a nap.  She is going to my brothers wedding this coming weekend.  
That
will be just over 2 weeks after her surgery.  Want to bet that she is dancing
at the wedding?
She is an amazing person at 5ft & 1/2in, 101 lbs and 75 yrs old!
