MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Angel Hair W/ Prosciutto^
 Categories: Crs97, Pasta, Meats, Onedish, Main dish
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 tb Olive oil
      3 tb Butter
    1/2 lb Mushrooms; sliced
    3/4 lb Prosciutto; chopped
      3 md Tomatoes; finely chopped
      1 ts Sage
      1 c  Heavy cream
      1 lb Angel hair or capellini
           Salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 c  Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c  Finely chopped parsley
 
   1. Saute mushrooms in heated oil & butter until lightly browned,
  about 8 minutes.
  
   2. Add prosciutto, tomatoes, sage and cream. Heat on high until sauce
  begins to thicken; reduce heat to very low to keep warm while pasta
  cooks.
  
   3. Cook pasta; drain and place in heated serving container. Season
  with salt & pepper; toss with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle
  with parsley and serve immediately.
