Find all the machines that have DELL as the workgroup, change them all to
DELLwg as the workgroup name then try to ping the machine by name. Problem
is you have a workgroup and a machine with the same name, unless you can
find the machine the only way to find it via the network is if you allow it
to come up with it's name and I don't think thats happening because the
name is already in use as a workgroup. It's probably being disabled
(netbios) when the machine boots.
