Sorry about being late responding, but I've forgotten to do weekly fidonet
mail reading for the last month plus, until tonight.

Remind me please, "what files" are you referring to?  All of the
known LORD files that aren't non-distribute tagged that are in my LORD
files collection can be acquired from the
http://www.nightfallgames.com/files/ web-site that Michael Everett hosts
for the BBS community.   I try to
upload current betas of my LORD IGMs and utilities there periodically but
have been very bad about getting that done since spring 2009.

I've got everything that I know of that's been released for DOS LORD in the
last few years.  There was some stuff from circa 2002 that I never thought
to download from old Lord sites that got lost forever when they shut down. 
Remember the Goldengate BBS stuff for example?  

I've been hearing time and time again from various people just this year
alone about how they wish it was easier to locate LORD programmers.  Sadly
its harder to find them as time goes by.  And often if you do succeed in
finding them, they no longer have their Lord files (or other BBS stuff).
They either lost floppy disks that had them, or lost other storage media.
In a few cases, they deliberately tossed out all of their BBS files.

I am always hearing from people who want to know how to register old igms,
and its always sad to have to tell them that in 75 percent or more of them,
its simply impossible to do it.   I think that's why more and more people
are asking others, especially bbs sysops, to share their registration codes
with others on Fidonet.  Donald
