I moved from Los Angeles almost two years ago, and at that time, they were 
starting to use the 11 codes more and more, they may have completely moved on 
to them now as far as I know and be like the police in your area...  However, 
I have no way to really check it as I won't be back in the area for another 3 
or 4 months...
What are the 11 codes that are used in your area (if you have a list made 
)?
