  Hашел я одну такую программку, ZuTSR называется.
  Дабы не засорять конфу посылаю тебе ее заархивированной RAR 2.0 c англицкой
докой лично (45 кБ., не знаю, дойдет ли по фиде). Если хочешь есть еще дока
на немецком.
  Сам я с ней еще не работал, разберешся, черкани письмецо о впечатлениях.

What is "ZuTSR" ?

        ZuTSR makes it possible to use three kinds of telecommunication
        on one single telephone line -
        - human talking,
        - copying of printed documents (fax),
        - and the plain data transfer from PC to PC.
        ZuTSR is an add-on program for other data transfer
        programs as they are used, for example, on systems
        of the worldwide fido-network (so called "mailers").
        It detects the kind of an incoming call and tells
        the computer, how to act on it.
        The actual communication has to be done by the called
        human person, the fax receive program or the mailbox
        software.
        As you can see, ZuTSR is not a stand-alone program, but
        depends on many other programs. More on this is written
        in the following paragraphs.
        Of course, there is some hardware needed to use ZuTSR :
        As a minimum, I would see an 80286 - computer running at
        12 MHz, with hard disk and MS-DOS operating system, in
        conjunction with a ZyXEL modem. Program versions for other
        modems (ie. Supra) are possible, but not planned yet.
        To use the voice capability of the ZyXEL, it's necessary
        to have a firmware version greater or equal to 5.00 built in.
        If you are in doubt about this, start your terminal program,
        type in the command ATI or ATI1, and your ZyXEL will send
        the version number of the built in firmware.
        A "P" after the version number means "plus modell".
        Maybe there could be problems with firmware 5.00 and 5.01;
        I suggest upgrading to 6.00 in all cases.
        The other versions differ in their ability to detect
        DTMF-tones - but this is not a very great problem in
        conjunction with ZuTSR. As I remember, DTMF detection
        worked best in firmware version 5.04.
