If you are interested in programming GEOS you will need to get a copy
of The Official GEOS Programmers REference Guide, IMHO, it is essential
to learn about GEOS programming.

If you need any extra tools for GEOS programming, let me know, and I'll
dig them out and put 'em on a BBS.
