Well my 32-bit version of Binkley seems to be working pretty
well here.  I will be upping the baud rate to 57600 on the
weekend (ie Saturday night).  One thing that has not been
tested at all is FTSC.  Can someone who is running Binkley
(preferably not BTPE) please try putting "NoWazoo" in their
binkley.cfg and seeing if they can do a session with me OK?
Transmission is likely to take longer, because it won't be
using Zmodem, it will be using either Sealink (which is
almost as fast as Zmodem anyway), or Xmodem (which will be
bloody slow).  The hint here is for someone local to try it
