I created an import library like the emx docs said (plus implib from the
dev toolkit) and compiled the sqconvert-sample, which ran fine.
Alternatively you may convert the msgapi32.lib (which comes with the
toolkit) to an emx-import library with emxomf and emximp.

I did that, too, for bugfixing the msgapi source. Quite interesting to step
through it :-)
