You can use fine point Sharpie pen to write the reload setting on the
film leader, that way you almost have to look at it! If for some reason
I end up with a complete exposed roll with the leader out, I crease it
on a diagonal.
If it snaps off, ok too. For the overexposed film, my guess would be to
use
diluted developer and shorten regular time by 15 or 20 %. Its only 2
stops,
but Tmax is said to be sensitive to changes. Its an experiment!
Rich
also shot 2 rolls of 35mm (tmax 100) this past weekend on my
motorcycle....again. And I can't wait to process those as well. I
already knew I screwed up on 10 frames of one roll. I just grabbed a few
cannisters in the fridge and this one was in a tmax 100 container. I
didn't notice that the film said tmax 400....and I also didn't notice
that I had a number 10 written on the outside of my film. The number 10
happens to be my last frame I shot when I changed film midway.
