Tough luck for Ken.  If he can't even qualify as a voting participant, then 
he should become a bit more active here before he puts on his "I want my toys 
back" tantrum.  He left - that's why he is no longer moderator.
  
If Blake wants to take Ken on as assistant moderator, that would be fine.  Or 
Ken can wait around for Blake to need to leave - such things happen.    
But insisting that you be given back something that you gave up voluntarily 
is childish.  Do we really want that in a moderator?
  
As for the netmail not getting through - the ability to send and receive 
netmail is fundimental to Fidonet.  If Ken can't reliably send and receive 
netmail, he needs to work that out and prove it over time before he does 
anything else.
