I have heard that it WILL be on devcon 9 (or maybe even an 8+ I heard a rumor about).

With the next major release of OS/2 (prob march 96) DAPIE will be built into OS/2.

The DAPIE header files/libraries will come with the normal OS/2 programmer's toolkit.
