subject: debugging

James Robertson was having severe Zmodem problems today, and I
decided to put entire debugging info into btp, so that it does
indeed print every single character. I have done that, but
there is a delay whilst the buffer gets written to disk every
few seconds. I am attempting to do something about that, but
that is why David Begley got 78% throughput today, and I got
a 13 meg debug log. If anyone is interested in getting a copy
of a btp.exe that has complete debugging info, let me know.

[later]

I had all the debugging info in place, but this time he got a
successful transmission!

BTW, I have also made sure Binkley can compile under DOS, if
anyone wants a DOS version with debugging info. E.g. Jeff,
you might be able to figure out what's going on with your
uploads if you could see the complete debugging info.

BTW, does anyone know if the DOS version displays colour?
Because after I recompiled it, it didn't diplay any colour
for the full-screen unattended mode, unlike the OS/2 version.
