That's exactly where I am and refuse to leave unless and until the monsoons
end.  When it isn't raining, it's freezing down here at this time of year,
but nothing like you all get.
 
Darn near snowed here last week, but the front ran out of snowflakes before
it reached us "Way down yonder near New Orleans."
