Oh boy, now you are sinking even deeper in the quicksand of ignorance. On a
multifold level...

1) You assume that the TLD in a url tells you where the server that the url
points to is located. It doesn't. It just tells you where the TLD is
registered. The ".de" does not tell you where I am located.

2) I am not located in Germany.
