What is the latest version of the GCC for OS/2?

Does anyone know if there is a support echo or newsgroup for it?

Since GCC is available for several different platforms, would it be
possible to use the OS/2 version of the compiler to create a binary for a
different OS such as Unix? I'm hoping that there is something like a
compiler flag which would indicate the target OS, since I can't get some
Unix source code to compile properly under Unix, even though the source
code and makefile are for use with GCC.
