The point is that we have no control over where to put the keys now.  What
is the purpose of SysReq?  Personally, if there is a crash-handling
feature, I think it is only appropriate that we put it on one of the
"Microsoft" keys on the new 104-key keyboard: "To activate
OS/2 Crash Protection (TM) and recover from a system hang, press
Ctrl-Alt-Windows."
