Hy Dennis,
You're very kind with me. :-) But before investigating the modem setup,
I'll try few experiments during the week-end. I change few BBS board setup
to use Avatar protocol instead of ANSI ( wich i supposed TM's default ).
Well, when i finnaly got a drop speed, ( when I load TM and select a 
board with the insert button ) the terminal emulation stay in ANSI. 
Even I saved the configuration of the board ( AVATAR et 19200 CPS ).
It's why i supposed that in a way, the TM.CFG get somehow corrupt. To 
be honnest, I seriously thinking to switch to ZOC too. It's why I don't
want that you spend your time on this problem...
Anyway, i thanks you a lot for your generous offer ! :-) I got to read 
the doc of TM and try few possibility before accept your offer !
