Can't say I have heard of that one.  What I can say is that
Turbo-Assembler is preety good.  It handles labels well, you can load
source files from: memory (say $3000 to $4000), from ASCII (import
listings from CBM echoes, and other assemblers or word processors) and
of course, Turbo Assemlbers own file format.

You can test your code, then hit RESTORE to return to T.A. with your
code in tact.  I like that!
