	Well, you get the satisfaction of knowing that you're supporting a 
	fine shareware program.  You can sleep better knowing you paid for
	-your- copy while many others have just ripped off the author. 
	IMO, registering shareware gives intangible benefits & sometimes a
	manual or disk for an extra $5-$10   Your registration code should
	work in ver 4.21, mine did.
	As for notices, heck, copies were all over local BBSes and announced
	here so it wasn't a mystery release.
	We registered users aren't "cheated", we're just carrying those
	unregistered sluggards! ;)
