That is because it is not a FidoNet conference, it is CircuitNet.  This may
show on your local BBSs as "CNFDN" (I think).  Listed conferenced carried
by your local BBSs, in their conference lists would probably show
CN(something) and CircuitNet or CNFDN on their BBS screen (first one or
so which comes up).  I believe that in Williamsberg you should be able to
find a free BBS which carries CN.  If they do not specifically carry
CN Legal_Arts, you can request the sysop to add it.  That might work.

Yes, I remember that, now that you mention it.  I also don't recall any
response, needless to say!

I don't recall seeing "MIDI" echo listed but I'll watch for it.  Of course I
don't get the local FI conferences in Washington State.

Thank you very much.  I think I recall seeing that listed on Fido.  I'll see
if I can find it.  That was a FidoNet conference wasn't it?
