As these files are usually static/rarely updated, I will probably go ahead 
with the 3.4.6 release, and put the removal of BOMs from 
Copyright/ProLog/EpiLog on the list for 3.4.7.

It was very helpful having those files to make sure that my code actually 
worked as intended.
