I made it as far as NS4.5 before I abandoned ship.  Starting with 4.0, it
seems like it got buggier with each bug fix release, to the point where I
couldn't even get 4.7 to install.  The other thing that NS did that really
pissed me off is that they went free one month after I had renewed my
yearly update subscription.
