My recommendation is to get EMX 0.9a.  Since it's free, you've
got nothing to lose (so long as you program according to the
ISO C standard and the OS/2 API standard).  When you find that
EMX 0.9a is inadequate for your needs, you can consider changing.
Out of the above, I would change to Watcom.  Borland is a heap
of bugs.  BFN.  Paul.
