That is only because the legal actions have resulted in insufficient
penalties against Microsoft.

I look at it this way: a very conservative, very pro-business court of
appeals looked at all the evidence in the case, a significant amount of
which cannot be made public (i.e., Microsoft managed to keep the really
damning evidence under seal), and decided to uphold all of Judge Jackson's
Findings of Fact, and most of his decisions.

That, in and of itself, carries far more weight with me than all your
endless whinings.
