The TI implementation was right around 1982-83. SInce TI was selling it
directly it would make some senss for it not to be included in the MSFT
product catalog at the time--remember, the TI, Atari and Commodore were
treated more like toys than as 'real' computers of their day (Apple, IBM
PC, TRS-80s.)
The TI never ran CP/M. It was a port to either native TMS 9900 machine code
or to the 99/4A's interpreted GPL.
