Don't I wish! Sadly, commercial greed is everywhere and all we have an
option to buy in stores are greenhouse tomatoes. I used to think that
meant, like a nursery, to grow then when it was to cold to cultivate
outdoors. Wised up after trying to find one fit to eat. Greenhouse
obviously means they are partially grown and picked green, to make green,
for the liars who call them "vine ripe" and several thousand other lovely
adjectives worthy of a political campaign ad writer -- who are worse than
the crooks who hire their skills!

Left I be remiss, even a good color picture of a real tomato, red, and still
on the vine would be enough to recall how great they used to taste! If I
weren't in an apartment complex, I'd grow some myself!
