     She really is - except that she HATES the house(s) I am buying!  She 
wanted me to buy something newer and more perfect but she is unaware of the 
market right now.  There is one in her neighborhood she would like me to buy 
- includes a pasture that I used to rent about 10 years ago - main house, 
pasture, and guest house are only $380,000.   !!!!!
