Opening day 1997 -- the weather is beautiful and Joe Robbie (I mean Pro 
Player) stadium looks spectacular for the Cub/Marlin opener.
After an off-season agreement, perhaps we can put our hard feelings towards 
the game behind us.  I, for one, am going to make an effort this year to 
actually "appreciate" the game of baseball again.  I have been so turned off 
the past two years that I'm not sure I can really force myself to once again 
be the fan that I once was.
On a side note, it is GREAT to see that Cubbies pitching is already in 
September form.  Jeez... a long year awaits.
