Hi Dorothy,
I bet I can guess who you have been chatting with that told you about me --
I want to say that Pat always has some wild stories about me and that they
are probably pretty accurate (ah, well, if you can't be rich you at least
ought
to enjoy being bad!!)
About me... pretty boring but here goes. I'm Pat's older sister by about
100 years - I'm 44, the mother of 5 children that range in age from 25 to 4;
a computer programmer at Kimberly Clark (we make kleenex and huggies), and
the wife of a sometimes pretty nice guy (but generally he is just a man!!).
My kids are my prizes in life -- how I got so lucky I don't know but I'm
very grateful. My oldest daughter lives in New Orleans and works at Tulane
university as a very underpaid secretary. My son just got married to an
extremely nice girl. My 17 year old daughter will be a senoir in high school
this
year; then there are the 8 year old and the 4 year old -- both girls and the
light of my life.
I like to quilt better than anything but also enjoy smocking (all those
girls, you know), needlepoint, cross stitch, hardanger, knitting, crochet,
crewel embroidery and going to the fabric store!!!
I'm sorry I haven't answered sooner but have been away from my computer for
a few days (down at Pat's). Also, I just have the evenings I can really
look as internet visiting is frowned upon at work. I'll chat as much as I
an
but will probably be pretty quiet -- that seems to be my style.
Hope all is well with you -- will talk to you soon.
Suzanne
