  Yes, you're right. :-)  But that shouldn't matter now. 
  BTW:  Swapped by Supra in for another...  Works great!  I actually
        see 33.6Kbps connections now! :-)  With the exception of that
        S95 bitwise register bug,..  I think I'M SET.
