GC> Have no idea what "doorway mode" is but will try to find it in the docs.
"Doorway" is a program that allows you remote access to all DOS functions, as
if you were sitting at the console yourself. It can be dangerous if not
protected from unauthorized use, but very helpful if you need to access DOS
commands when away from the BBS. You can also use Doorway to run programs
that aren't designed to run online as online programs. (User editors, file
managers, etc.)
"Doorway mode" is where you set up your keyboard to send -all- the keys on
it, Fkeys, CTLs, ALTs, etc. Most comm programs offer a "doorway mode"
selection. (Like QModem, Telix, Telemate, etc.)
