Made these (pretty much same recipe) last week as I was looking for a
different snack. Both Andrea and I loved them.
Last night was a 10 minute cooking night we had curry chickpeas.
I fried a large onion, small green pepper (I'd add more next time),
mushrooms, garlic, ginger in olive oil. added a large tablespoon of curry
paste from a jar, bit of water drained and rinced can of chickpeas. Cook
until the water is gone and eat over rice.
Not a orginized recipe but that's pretty much it. Takes longer to say
then it does to make. :)
