Did Atlanta want to trade Marquis Grissom?  I doubt it. Would say that
Atlanta was willing to trade Grissom.  I really doubt Cleveland would
have given up Kenny Lofton without getting another center field in
return.
I think Lofton is an excellent player, but Atlanta had to give up two
star outfielder to get him.  Yes Lofton is good, but not that good.
