It was really close, the trusty spellchecker tagged it as: bureaucrat.
However, it gorched up on the colloquialism DANG and gave me a choice
of either Dung or Dong. Dang, right on!
Up until some few years back, Italian and Portuguese amateur home wine
makers were regularly raided by the Liquor Board. Now it's been loosened
somewhat but this same state control mentality still permeates much of
everyday life and business. You would be amazed the bureaucratic hurdles
and hoops required to start a micro-brewery over here let alone
co-generation.
